Members of the American Academy of General Physicians (AAGP), who are in good-standing, and who are in compliance with all resolutions, policies, codes and opinions of the AAGP, may sign-up to participate in the next available free live telephone conference call which the American Board of General Practice (Board) will be holding.

The purpose of the live telephone conference call is to allow AAGP Members to ask officials of the Board questions and for officials of the Board to answer questions asked by the AAGP Members. The telephone conference call is live and all of the questions asked by participating AAGP Members are answered in real-time by live officials of the Board.

The Board holds this live telephone conference call each and every month at a time and date which the Board determines. If the Board decides that an AAGP Member, who has signed up to participate, is eligible to participate, then the Board notifies such AAGP Member, by email, of the time and date of the next available free live telephone conference call in which such AAGP Member may participate. In such email that the Board sends to such AAGP Member, the Board provides instructions as to the specific steps he/she will need to take to participate in the free live telephone conference call.

The number of AAGP Members, who may participate in each free live telephone conference call, is limited. Each slot, for each participating AAGP Member, is filled on a first-come first-serve basis.

There is no cost to sign-up for this live telephone conference call. And, as stated above, the live telephone conference call is free.

If you would like to participate in the next available free live telephone conference call which will be held by the Board, then you will need to sign-up. To sign-up, you must complete the form below and then click on the "SUBMIT TO THE BOARD" button below. After you submit the information in the form below to the Board, the Board will make a determination as to whether or not you are eligible to participate. To be eligible to participate, you must be an AAGP Member, who is in good-standing, and who is in compliance with all resolutions, policies, codes and opinions of the AAGP. If the Board determines that you are eligible to participate, then the Board will email you: (a) the time and date of the next available live telephone conference call in which you may participate, and (b) the specific steps you will need to take to participate in such conference call.

Each AAGP Member, who submits the information in the following form to the Board, should allow the Board at least two weeks to process the information.
